We were contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for an additional woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to discover out exactly where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband 1st left he was quite sad and apologetic as he felt that right after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t think he loved her any a lot more. He said he required time apart and did not wish to tell her where he was going. He took a huge amount of money out of their joint bank account which he stated he required to set himself up in a new location to live.
Although waiting for her husband to return their relationship started to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid much less cash into their bank account. We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and discovered the address he was living at and that there was one more woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name along with the woman he was living with. They had bought the property together just right after he had left our client.
We were able to provide our client with all the evidence she needed to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that soon after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had possibly been getting an affair with this woman for several years. She is now ready to move on with her new life.
